STEMI - The Big One!!!

The culprit lesion for a STEMI  (ST elevation myocardial infarction)  is total closure of a 
coronary artery.

There is no blood flow to the heart muscle.

This angiogram shows total occlusion of the right 
coronary artery.

This  ECG show ST elevation  (tombstones) in the inferior leads consistent with a STEMI
